DN300 Rotary Discharge Valve

The DN300 pneumatic rotary discharge valve utilizes structural ceramics for its sealing components (both gate and valve seat are wear-resistant structural ceramics), offering excellent erosion and wear resistance. It features a large valve cavity design and a rotating gate sealing structure. During opening and closing, the gate self-rotates for flexible operation and incorporates a polishing self-cleaning function. The valve shaft employs rotary motion, minimizing packing wear and eliminating medium leakage, while the valve provides bidirectional sealing when closed. Suitable for conveying moderately viscous media such as dry ash, pulverized coal, slag slurry, and bulk materials, it is commonly used as a discharge valve or switching valve in pneumatic conveying systems. It exhibits minimal ash accumulation, no jamming, simple maintenance, and a long service life.
