3-Piece Threaded Ceramic Ball Valve

If you're tired of replacing stainless steel valves every few weeks because of abrasive slurries or aggressive chemicals, this 3-piece ceramic ball valve is your fix. Unlike lined valves that eventually peel, our valves use solid Zirconia (ZrO2) internals. It’s diamond-hard, meaning it won’t pit or score when handling fine particulates or corrosive dosing media.

We designed the 3-piece swing-out body so you don't have to tear down your entire pipe run for maintenance. Just bolt out the center section, and you're good to go.

Why it outperforms standard alloy valves:

• Won't Seize: The self-lubricating nature of ceramic-on-ceramic seating prevents the valve from sticking, even after long periods of inactivity.
• NPT/BSPP Ready: Precision-cut threads for a tight, leak-proof seal in 1/2" to 2" instrumentation or dosing skids.
• Cavitation Resistant: While metal seats erode under high-velocity flow, our Alumina and Zirconia trims stay dimensionally stable.
• Zero Leakage: Every valve is bench-tested to API 598 standards before leaving our facility.
