Pneumatic Ceramic Rotary Feed Valve

The ceramic rotary feed valve utilizes structural ceramics for its sealing components (both gate and valve seat are made of wear-resistant structural ceramics), providing excellent erosion and wear resistance. Its special material-dropping inclined surface and large valve cavity design completely solve the ash accumulation problem.

The piston rod of the pneumatic actuator does not contact the medium, extending the service life of the actuator and the valve. It features one-way sealing when closed and is suitable for conveying media such as dry ash, pulverized coal, slag slurry, and bulk materials. Commonly used as a feed valve in pneumatic conveying systems, it requires minimal maintenance and has a long service life.
