Thin-Type Pneumatic Ceramic Double Gate Valve

The thin-type pneumatic ceramic double gate valve is specifically designed for space-saving and weight-reducing applications. It utilizes structural ceramics for sealing components (both gates and valve seats are wear-resistant structural ceramics), offering excellent erosion and wear resistance. The new model features a more robust body, available in two bracket types: enclosed bracket and open column bracket. Optimized packing seals ensure enhanced sealing reliability. Equipped with a purge port, it can be optionally configured with automatic purging devices and anti-clogging devices as needed. Suitable for conveying granular media such as dry ash and pulverized coal, it is commonly used for discharge or exhaust in pneumatic conveying systems, with minimal ash accumulation, no jamming, simple maintenance, and a long service life.
